Intro
TaskPilot is a next-gen automation platform built to replace freelancers with on-demand workflows. While building their MVP, the team needed a high-converting site to collect waitlist signups and introduce the product’s core vision. They also wanted a getting started docs section to guide early users once the platform opened.
Objective
Design and build a modern Framer site that drives waitlist growth while clearly explaining the product’s value. Create a documentation section that makes onboarding smooth, accessible, and aligned with the brand’s premium feel.
Challenge
TaskPilot was pre-launch with no public-facing presence and a complex concept to simplify. The site needed to balance storytelling with clear conversion paths, while the docs had to be intuitive enough for first-time users exploring the platform during its early rollout.
Result
In three weeks, we launched a scroll-based marketing site with bold messaging and targeted sign-up flows, along with a fully branded getting started docs hub. The site helped grow the waitlist, establish market presence, and prepare TaskPilot for a strong beta launch.
